About Shipping

Returns & Refund

1 We offer an exchange or refund if the dress does not fit you, we will gladly exchange your gown for any of our stocking styles

2 We will accept returns on standard size wedding gowns in perfect brand new condition(no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations);

3 Dress must be received back to us within 7days of your receipt;

4 For exchange, the buyer must pay all shipping/handling charges;

5 For returns, a 30% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
